Refund policy

Returns (CPA compliant):
• Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s cost

Hygiene & Footwear Policy:
• Boots may not be returned or exchanged if worn or used
• Please try boots indoors on a clean surface only

Exchanges:
• Size/model exchanges subject to stock availability
• Exchange shipping costs may apply

Defective or Incorrect Items:
• Notify us within 48 hours. Contact us on lara@fit-boots.co.za
• We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost (as per CPA)
